Sizing

We highly suggest getting professionally sized or referring to our size guide. We do not process returns for incorrect sizing, exchanges only.

Repairs

If your unique Li Li Designs piece needs a repair, please email us at hello@lilidesigns.net for further assistance. Repair costs are on a case by case basis. Damaged or cracked stones are not covered. 

Shipping

We are not responsible for any items that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Delivery times are not guaranteed. Please contact us if you wish to purchase insurance on your package if you are concerned. 

 

Returns & Exchanges:

 

If you have made a purchase from Li Li Designs and have changed your mind an exchange is available within 14 days upon receiving your piece via mail and,

      • Pieces are in original packaging

      • Pieces were not sale or discontinued items.

      • Your receipt is retained

      • Earrings can't be exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

  • Refunds are not available unless a piece is faulty.

  • SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. No returns, exchanges or refunds ( this includes any jewellery purchased with a discount code)

  • Unfortunately no exchanges are available on jewellery pieces (Unless faulty);

      • Purchased whilst on sale

      • That have been worn

      • Bought as a custom pieces

      • Are earrings

  • Earrings are unable to be exchanged for hygiene reasons, so please select your jewellery carefully.

  • Exchange for change of mind via post is at buyers expense and requires items to be mailed via tracked postage, with a prepaid postbag for the exchanged item to be posted back in.
