There is an unpparelled calm that comes when you are immersed into the wild of the rainforest. Standing at the feet of rugged cliff faces, so high they reach the heavens. My dewy skin is warmed by the tropics, eyelids heavy as I lay beside rolling streams, the rumble of white water below waterfalls sending me off with a rainforest lullaby. But there is no need to dream because I am the crystal clear streams winding like veins, I am the staircases of grounding roots and the winding ivy, I am the trunks of grandfather trees and the stem of new life reaching up from the floor. I am the jungle and this is the dream.
